Industries we build for. Each with its own rules.

Generic software fails because businesses are not generic, and in India every sector has its own rules: RBI and SEBI rules for finance, ABDM for health records, Bar Council and ICAI limits on advertising, FCRA and 80G for NGOs, RERA for real estate and FSSAI for food. Choose your sector to see the rules that shape your software and what we build around them.

Healthcare and health tech India's digital health network shares a patient's records only with their consent. The DPDP Act adds duties for personal data, and new NMC rules limit how doctors and hospitals promote themselves. We build apps, portals and AI tools for hospitals, clinics, labs and health startups with these rules in mind. Financial services and fintech RBI rules decide what a loan app may collect, where its data lives and how fast a cyber incident is reported. SEBI and IRDAI set similar duties for brokers and insurers. We build lending, KYC, payment and customer apps that follow these rules and keep the records that prove it. Law firms and CA firms Advocates may not advertise, and CA firms must follow ICAI's website rules. Client files need care under the DPDP Act, and GST work runs on tight portal deadlines. We build websites, client portals, document tools and AI assistants that respect these limits and give your team hours back. NGOs and non-profits Correct donor records protect your tax registration. Foreign money needs its own trail under the FCRA. Donor data needs consent under the DPDP Act. We build donation pages, donor systems and reports that follow these rules and save your small team time. Education and edtech Under the DPDP Act, a student under 18 needs a parent's verifiable consent, and apps may not track children or target ads at them. Coaching ads may not promise ranks or selections. We build learning apps, school systems and coaching platforms with these rules built in. Recruitment and staffing Every worker now needs an appointment letter. Contract and gig workers get social security, candidate data needs clear consent, and bulk SMS and calls face tighter rules. We build applicant tracking, staffing payroll and outreach tools with the records, notices and opt-ins built in. Real estate RERA bars ads for unregistered projects, every ad must show the registration number and the authority's website, and Maharashtra also wants a QR code. TRAI now limits follow-up messages after an enquiry. We build CRMs, ad templates and partner portals that carry the right details every time. Hospitality and food Room GST now depends on the price of each room, and bills must show your FSSAI number. Service charge cannot be added by default, and foreign guests must be reported within 24 hours. We build booking engines, ordering systems and billing that get these details right on every bill. Manufacturing Micro and small suppliers must be paid within 45 days, and paying late delays your tax deduction. E-invoices must reach the portal on time, and many products need the BIS mark. We build ERP and Tally integrations, dealer portals and shop floor dashboards that keep these dates and details in view. Retail and e-commerce From January 2027, discounts must show the lowest price of the last 30 days, and sponsored listings must be labelled. Imported goods must name the importer and country of origin, and every e-commerce business needs a yearly dark pattern self-audit. We build online stores, checkouts and seller tools that follow these rules and still sell well. Government and public sector GIGW 3.0 websites, citizen portals, apps, chatbots in Indian languages, voice helplines and AI automation for departments, PSUs, municipal bodies and universities.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

My industry is not listed. Can you still help?

Almost certainly. These ten pages cover the sectors where Indian rules shape software most, not the only sectors we work in. Every project starts with understanding your business and the rules it works under, and we will say plainly if we are not the right fit.

Can you make our systems compliant with our regulator's rules?

No supplier can do that for you. Your business stays responsible to its regulator, whether that is RBI, SEBI, a RERA authority or another body. What we do is build systems, user flows and records that support your duties and show the evidence. Take advice from your lawyer or CA on the rules themselves.

Can I see work from my industry before we talk?

Tell us your industry on the contact form or on a call, and we will share relevant examples, including some that are under a non-disclosure agreement and not in our public portfolio, where the client allows it. Our public case studies and reviews are on the Work and Testimonials pages.
