Discover, honestly.
We start with questions, not a quote. What result are you buying? Who will use this? What breaks if it works? You get a written brief covering goals, users, scope, risks and how we will measure success. For AI projects we also map where automation really saves time, where a person should stay in the loop and what that means for your data under the DPDP Act.

Design, fast.
Wireframes before pixels, pixels before code. We design the main screens first and review them with you on a live call. For products, we prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where the wrong assumptions hide.

Build, in slices.

How long does a typical project take?
Websites take 4 to 8 weeks. Online stores take 6 to 12 weeks. Apps and SaaS MVPs, the first working version of a product, take 10 to 20 weeks. AI automation pilots reach a first working workflow in 3 to 6 weeks. Your exact timeline comes in writing with the fixed quote.
How much of my time will it take?
About an hour a week for a review call in Indian business hours (IST), plus feedback on demos when it suits you. We handle the rest. You can check progress on the shared board whenever you like, and nothing goes live until you sign it off.
How will we communicate during the project?
However suits your team: email, phone, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Google Meet, in Indian business hours (IST). You get a written update and a demo every week, a shared project board you can open any time, and direct contact with the senior engineer leading your project.
What happens after launch?
You choose. Either a clean handover with documentation and training, or a monthly support and AMC plan, with new features, SEO and AI search and marketing added as you need them. Plans run month to month, with no long lock-in.
What if the scope changes halfway through?
It happens, and the process allows for it. Small changes are absorbed in the weekly rhythm. Anything larger gets a short written change note with its cost in rupees and its effect on the timeline, agreed before we build it. No surprise invoices.
