AI chatbots and WhatsApp bots that check the order, not just the FAQ.

Customers ask the same questions all day: where is my order, is COD available, can I change my booking, do you deliver to my PIN code. An AI chatbot on your website or WhatsApp answers straight away from your own information. Because it is connected to your orders, CRM, Tally or Zoho and payment gateway, it can check an order, take a booking or send a payment link, and pass anything tricky to a person with the details written down.

In short

What is an AI chatbot?

An AI chatbot is software that answers customer messages on a website or WhatsApp in everyday language. A good one answers from your own approved information, connects to your orders, CRM or booking system to get things done, and hands the conversation to a person when it is unsure or the customer asks.

In India, 91 per cent of online adults chat with a business every week (Kantar study for Meta, 2025). Many of those chats are in Hindi, or a mix of Hindi and English. We build for the languages your customers use, test each one with your users before it goes live, and the bot always says it is AI.

Deliverables

What we build.

01 Website chat assistants Answers from your own pages, policies, product data and order system, in English, Hindi and other Indian languages after testing with your users, in your tone, with a clear route to a person.
02 WhatsApp bots on the Business Platform Built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API), with Meta-approved message templates for order, delivery, booking and payment updates, and replies that follow Meta's rules on when a business may message first.
03 Connected to your systems Linked to your online store, CRM, Tally Prime or Zoho, booking system and shipping partner such as Shiprocket or Delhivery, so the bot can check an order, move a booking or update a lead, not just describe how.
04 Payments in the chat Payment links for UPI, cards and net banking through your gateway, such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU, with the payment status written back to the order or the CRM.
05 Many staff, one number A shared inbox so several people can answer on the same WhatsApp number, with chats assigned by team, language or customer, and every reply logged.
06 Handover done properly When a customer is upset, the question is unusual or the bot is unsure, it hands over to a person with the conversation attached, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
07 Open about being AI Every bot tells people they are talking to AI and offers to put them through to a person. It is the honest way to treat customers, and it fits the trust and transparency principles in the India AI Governance Guidelines (MeitY, November 2025).

Already using Meta's Business AI?

On 14 May 2026, Meta launched Business AI inside the WhatsApp Business app for small businesses in India (Meta, May 2026). It answers common questions from your business profile, catalogue and documents, captures leads and books appointments, with no coding. If one owner runs the shop from one phone, it may be all you need, and we will tell you so. We build on the WhatsApp Business Platform instead when you need more: links to your orders, CRM, Tally, Zoho and payment gateway, several staff on one number, clear handover rules, and reports on what customers ask and what the bot resolved. For campaigns to opted-in customers and click-to-WhatsApp ads, see our WhatsApp Business API service.

WhatsApp Business API and marketing
Process

How it goes live.

01
Week 1
Learn the questions.
We gather the questions customers really ask, from your inbox, WhatsApp chats, call notes and chat history, and the answers your best people give.
02
Pilot
Build and test.
The bot is built on your approved information and tested against real past questions, in each language you want, before any customer sees it.
03
Live
Launch, then extend.
It goes live on one channel first, with a person reviewing conversations every week, and extends to the next channel once the answers prove accurate.

Phone calls as well?

Calls are a different job from chat: callers speak, interrupt and switch languages, calls cost money by the minute, and India has its own rules for business calling. So voice has its own service. Our voice AI agents answer and make calls on Indian numbers, and can use the same approved answers and handover rules as your chatbot, so customers hear the same thing on every channel.

Accurate, or quiet.

A bot that invents a refund policy is worse than no bot. Ours answer only from information you have approved and say so when they do not know. They never promise anything your terms do not, and every conversation is logged so you can see exactly what was said. Messages the bot sends first, such as order updates or reminders, go only to customers who agreed to receive them. Chat logs are kept only as long as you decide, built to support your duties under the DPDP Act 2023.

Citizen services too.

Departments and municipal bodies use WhatsApp and website bots to answer citizens, track applications and register grievances. We build them in English, Hindi and other Indian languages, using Bhashini, the government's language platform, after testing with real users. They are hosted in India, and an officer can take over any conversation.

How is this different from Business AI in the WhatsApp Business app?

Meta's Business AI, launched in India in May 2026, runs inside the WhatsApp Business app and answers from your profile, catalogue and documents. We build on the WhatsApp Business Platform instead, for businesses that need links to orders, CRM, Tally or payments, several staff on one number, and reporting. If the app is enough, we say so.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. Every bot we build says so at the start and offers a route to a person. We think that is the only honest way to do it, and it protects your brand when a customer later asks what they were told and by whom.

Which languages can it handle?

English, Hindi and other Indian languages, after testing with your users. Quality differs by language, script and how people mix Hindi and English, so we test each one on your real past questions before customers see it. Where a language is not yet good enough, the bot hands over to a person instead of guessing.

Can it work with Tally, Zoho or our online store?

Usually, yes. We connect to Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, booking systems, help desks and shipping partners through their APIs or a small connector, so the bot can check an order, an invoice or a booking rather than just explaining how. Each link is tested before launch.

Can the bot answer phone calls too?

Phone calls are a separate build, because callers, call costs and calling rules differ from chat. Our Voice AI Agents service covers AI that answers and makes calls on Indian numbers. It can share the same approved answers and handover rules as your chatbot, so customers hear the same thing on every channel.

How is an AI chatbot priced?

With a fixed, itemised quote in rupees for the build and pilot after a short discovery, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones. Running costs, such as AI usage and the WhatsApp template messages Meta charges for, depend on volume, so we estimate them from your real numbers and show them separately.
