Custom software development is the design and building of software made for one organisation's own workflows and goals, rather than adapting a generic off-the-shelf product. It usually includes connecting the new system to the tools a business already uses, such as Tally, a CRM or WhatsApp.
Every project starts the same way. The code, domain, hosting and cloud accounts are set up in your name from day one, the copyright is assigned to you in writing, and the quote is fixed in rupees before we build.

Who owns the code and the logins?
You do. Once the work is paid for, the source code, designs, domain, hosting and every admin login are yours, and the copyright is assigned to you in writing, as the Copyright Act 1957 requires. We set accounts up in your name from the start, so nothing is ever held back if you move on.
Do you maintain software you did not build?
Yes. After a code review and an honest written report, we regularly become the long-term custodians of systems other teams built. We fix what needs fixing, leave what works alone and move any accounts still held in someone else's name into yours.
Which technologies do you use?

How is custom software priced?
It depends on scope, which is why discovery comes first. You then get a fixed, itemised quote in rupees, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones as working software is delivered. Larger platforms are quoted in phases, so you can stop after any phase and still own what was built.
