Never without your written request. Non-solicitation is written into the partnership agreement, signed before we see anything, and we treat it as a promise, not a clause. If your client ever contacts us directly, we pass the message straight to you.
Can you join client calls as part of our team?
Yes. Many partners introduce us as their engineering department, and we behave exactly like one. We use your tools and your email domain if you prefer, and join calls in Indian business hours (IST). Your client sees one team: yours.
What is the minimum commitment?
None. Start with one project and see how we work. Partnerships grow on delivery, not on long contracts, so there is no retainer to sign and no volume to promise before the first project ships. Each project still gets its own written scope and fixed partner price.
How is partner pricing set?
Each project gets a fixed partner price in rupees, with GST shown separately and room for your mark-up, agreed before you quote your client. Ongoing work runs on a monthly rate. Nothing changes without your sign-off. Any change in scope gets a written price first, so your margin is protected.
