Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 15 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the same standard we build client work to.
The standards we use
The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 calls for information and communication technology that persons with disabilities can use. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as our working standard. We also use two Indian references: the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps (GIGW 3.0) and the Indian Standard IS 17802, Accessibility for the ICT Products and Services. Both build on WCAG.
Where we are
We believe this site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA in most areas, based on our own testing. The known exceptions are listed below. We last reviewed this statement on 15 October 2026.
What we have done
- A clear page structure, with landmarks, headings and a "Skip to content" link
- Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline
- Body text and links that meet the AA colour contrast standard
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and clear names for buttons and links
- Form fields with visible labels and no time limits
- Gentle animation, switched off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 200 per cent
- A cookie banner and settings panel that work with a keyboard and a screen reader
Known issues
- Green buttons. White text on our brand green buttons has a contrast ratio of about 3.1 to 1. WCAG AA asks for 4.5 to 1 for text of this size, so these buttons do not yet meet the standard. If you find a button hard to read, use the contact form and we will help.
- Moving rows on the home page. Under the home page heading, two rows (our services and the technologies we use) scroll sideways on their own. They stop when you hover over them with a mouse or move into them with the keyboard, and they stand still if your device is set to reduce motion. There is no pause button, so on a touch screen you cannot stop them unless you turn on reduced motion in your device settings. The same service links are in the main menu and on the Services page.
- Content from other providers. Some content may come from other providers, such as a booking calendar, and may not fully meet our standard. If it gets in your way, call us on +91 99966 88404 or use the contact form, and we will arrange the same thing another way.
How we test
When we change the site, we check it with automated tools and by hand, using keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader. We fix accessibility problems with the same priority as any other bug.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Call us on +91 99966 88404 or use the contact form, and tell us which page it was and what happened. We aim to reply within one working day and to fix confirmed problems quickly. If you need anything from the site in a different format, such as large print or a call back instead of a form, just ask.
If you are not happy with our reply, you can also contact the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, or the State Commissioner for your state, who look into complaints under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
