Reviews Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026
Reviews only help anyone if they are genuine. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 bans misleading advertisements. Under it, the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) issued the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022. They say that an endorsement must reflect the honest, current opinion of the person giving it, and that any connection between that person and the business must be disclosed. The Bureau of Indian Standards' IS 19000:2022 sets principles for collecting, moderating and publishing online consumer reviews. This policy explains how we handle reviews.
Our rules for reviews on this site
- Only with permission. We publish a client's review only with that client's permission, and we name the client in the way they agree.
- Word for word. We publish each review in the client's own words. The only change we may make is to correct a spelling mistake.
- Never written by us. We never write, commission or buy reviews, and we never ask anyone to review a service they have not used.
- Star ratings only when given. We show a star rating beside a review only when that client gave that rating. We never add a rating a client did not give.
- Never averaged. We never combine ratings into an average or an overall score.
- Removed on request. If a client asks us to remove their review, we remove it promptly.
- Connections disclosed. If a client received a discount, gift or other benefit for a review, or has a personal or business connection with us, we say so clearly beside the review.
How we collect reviews
We ask clients for feedback at the end of a project or after a period of support. We ask every client in the same way, not only the ones we expect to be happy. Clients can say whatever they think, and they are free to say nothing at all.
What you see on this site
The reviews on this site are a selection of what clients have said, not a complete record of every review we have received. Each one is from a real client about real work. Your results may be different.
Reviews on other platforms
Reviews about us on independent platforms, such as Google reviews, are written by those platforms' users and controlled by the platforms. We never post fake reviews there, we do not ask for honest negative reviews to be removed, and where we reply, we reply openly and politely.
No dark patterns
In line with the CCPA's Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023, we do not present advertising as a review, create false urgency or hide information to push you towards a decision.
