WhatsApp Business API and marketing built on opt-in, not spam.
Your customers already message businesses every week. A 2025 Kantar study cited by Meta found that 91 per cent of online adults in India chat with a business every week (Meta, May 2026). Meta says WhatsApp is central to that. The WhatsApp Business API lets a growing business answer those chats as a team, send order and delivery updates automatically, run campaigns to people who opted in and take UPI payments inside the chat.

What is the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API, which Meta now calls the WhatsApp Business Platform, lets a business connect WhatsApp to its own software. Several staff can answer from one number, messages go out automatically from your store or CRM, and approved templates reach customers who opted in. Meta charges for each delivered template message.
Everything runs on Meta's official platform and within its rules: opt-in first, templates Meta has reviewed, and a close watch on your number's quality rating. We connect it to the systems you already use, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, your CRM and Tally Prime, so messages go out at the right moment and replies land where your team works.

The free Business AI, or the API?
Meta launched Business AI inside the free WhatsApp Business app for eligible Indian small businesses on 14 May 2026 (Meta). It answers common questions, captures leads and books appointments. For a single-owner shop on one phone, that may be all you need. The API is for the next stage: several staff on one number, messages sent automatically from your store, CRM or Tally, campaigns at volume, and reporting. We will tell you honestly which one fits.

Meta's charges, shown at cost.
Since 1 July 2025, Meta charges for each delivered template message, at different rates for marketing, utility and authentication messages. Replies sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message are free. Meta's pricing page also says a chat started from a click-to-WhatsApp ad on a phone stays free for 72 hours, as long as you reply within 24 hours (Meta, October 2026). Meta also says eligible accounts billed in India must move to rupee billing by 31 December 2026, so check whether yours is affected; we can help with the move. Meta's charges are passed through at cost and shown separately from our fee. Ad spend is paid to Meta on its own, and our performance marketing team can run the ads.

We message only people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and record when and where they agreed. We act on every stop request straight away, and handle both to support your duties under the DPDP Act 2023. Meta rates each number on how customers react, and numbers that collect many blocks and reports can be limited or banned, so campaigns are capped and checked after every send. Meta also limits how many marketing messages one person receives from all businesses, so some may not be delivered. Where a message must arrive, such as a COD check, SMS through TRAI's DLT system or RCS can follow as a fallback. For online stores, we build these flows into checkout and order handling.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need it if I use the WhatsApp Business app?
Not always. If one owner answers chats on one phone, the free app may be enough, and since 14 May 2026 eligible Indian small businesses can use Meta's Business AI inside it. You need the API when several staff share a number, when messages must go out from your store, CRM or Tally, or when volumes grow.
Will my number get blocked?
We cannot promise it never will, and nobody honest can. Meta rates every number on how customers react, and numbers that collect many blocks and reports can be limited or banned. We message only people who opted in, keep campaigns relevant and capped, give a clear way to stop and check your quality rating after every send.
How is it priced?
Our set-up and integration work comes as a fixed, itemised quote in rupees, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones. Meta's charges for delivered template messages are passed through at cost and shown separately, estimated from your real volumes. Ongoing campaign management, if you want it, is quoted separately in the same way.
Can it connect to my Shopify or Tally?
Yes. We connect WhatsApp to Shopify, WooCommerce, CRMs such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or LeadSquared, and Tally Prime or Zoho Books, through their APIs or connectors. An order, dispatch, invoice or due date can then send the right message on its own, and the customer's reply lands where your team already works.
Do we have to move to rupee billing?
Possibly. Meta's pricing page says eligible businesses billed in India must move their WhatsApp Business Accounts to rupee billing by 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, Meta will stop delivering messages from eligible accounts still billed in another currency. We can check whether your account is affected and help with the move.
Do you send bulk WhatsApp messages?
Not in the way the phrase is usually sold. Bulk WhatsApp tools that send to bought or scraped lists break Meta's rules and get numbers banned. We send campaigns only through Meta's official platform, only to people who opted in, and within Meta's limits and quality rules, which protects your number and your name.
