Healthcare software and app development in India: Patient data needs consent and care. We build both in from day one.
India's digital health network shares a patient's records only with their consent. The DPDP Act adds duties for personal data, and new NMC rules limit how doctors and hospitals promote themselves. We build apps, portals and AI tools for hospitals, clinics, labs and health startups with these rules in mind.

Healthcare and health tech, in numbers.
Digital health IDs and video consultations are now part of everyday care in India, and patients expect bookings, reports and records on their phone.
The rules shaping your software.
The regulations and standards that change what your systems, website and data handling need to do, each with its date and a link to the source.

What we will not claim.
We do not certify anything, and we do not claim any ABDM, CDSCO or NMC approval. No app makes you compliant with the DPDP Act or the NMC guidelines on its own. Clinical decisions stay with your doctors, and legal sign-off stays with your lawyer. We build software, and the records around it, that support your duties.

Where to start.
Frequently asked questions.
Can you integrate our software with ABDM?
Yes. We build ABHA creation and verification, record linking and the consent flows ABDM needs, then test them in ABDM's sandbox. The National Health Authority decides when your system joins the live network, so we plan for its checks rather than promise a date. Linked records may also qualify for the Digital Health Incentive Scheme.
Is our health app a medical device?
It depends on its intended purpose. Under CDSCO's July 2026 guidance, software with a medical purpose, such as diagnosis or monitoring, can be a medical device. General wellness and fitness apps are outside scope. We flag the question early in discovery. Confirm the position with a regulatory specialist before you launch.
Can our hospital website show patient reviews?
Not as promotion. The NMC guidelines of 6 October 2026 bar patient testimonials, paid or fake reviews and before-and-after images in the publicity of doctors and hospitals. Your website can show factual details such as qualifications, registration numbers, departments, facilities and fees. We build pages that make those facts easy to find.
Where will patient data be stored?
In Indian cloud regions, such as AWS Mumbai or Hyderabad, Azure Pune or Google Cloud Mumbai, when your data must stay in India. Access is limited by role and logged. We name every provider, including any AI service, in a Data Processing Addendum you sign before work starts.
Do the DPDP Act duties apply to us yet?
Most of them start in May 2027, 18 months after the DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025. Building consent notices, security safeguards and breach alerts into a new system now costs far less than adding them later. CERT-In's 6-hour incident reporting already applies today. Take advice from your lawyer on your position.
