Manufacturing software and ERP integration in India: Pay a small supplier late and your tax deduction can slip a year. Your systems should warn you first.
Micro and small suppliers must be paid within 45 days, and paying late delays your tax deduction. E-invoices must reach the portal on time, and many products need the BIS mark. We build ERP and Tally integrations, dealer portals and shop floor dashboards that keep these dates and details in view.

Manufacturing, in numbers.
MSMEs produce 35.4 per cent of India's manufacturing output (Economic Survey 2025-26), so payment, tax and quality rules reach almost every factory.
The rules shaping your software.
The regulations and standards that change what your systems, website and data handling need to do, each with its date and a link to the source.

What we will not claim.
We do not file your GST returns, decide which BIS standard applies or give tax advice. We are not approved by BIS, the GST Network or the Ministry of MSME. Your CA confirms the tax treatment and your quality team confirms certification. We build systems that keep dates, documents and data in one place, so the right person can act in time.

Frequently asked questions.
Can you connect Tally to our production and sales systems?
Yes. We link Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy or your ERP with order, stock and production data. Invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills then come from one source, and nobody retypes them. We start with a short audit of your current systems, and Tally stays your books if your CA prefers it.
How does the 45-day rule affect our tax?
The MSMED Act time limit for paying a micro or small supplier can never be more than 45 days. If you pay after it, you can deduct that expense only in the year you actually pay. Under the Income-tax Act, 2025 this is section 37(2)(g). We build alerts that flag invoices before they cross the limit.
Can you build a portal for our dealers and distributors?
Yes. Dealers log in on the web or an Android app to see prices, schemes, stock and credit limits, place orders and track delivery. Orders go straight into your ERP or Tally, and your sales team sees each dealer's orders, payments and outstanding amounts in one place.
Our product needs a BIS mark. Can software help?
Software cannot get you a BIS licence, but it can keep the records BIS and your customers ask for. We build systems for test results, batch and lot records, licence renewal dates and complaint handling. Your quality team can then show what was tested, when and by whom.
